Hi! The only server it connects to is the Twitch chat servers. If you are not getting a connection to them, then one or more of the login details will have been entered incorrectly. You can logout on the file select screen (under your username).
You will need to enter your username, with capitalization were needed. Along with your OAuth code, including the ‘oauth:’ at the beginning of the code

I bought this for a friend and he can't get it working. This is what he said about it:
"its almost like theres no server for it to be hosted on. just sort of endlessly looks for a room to join but there is none "
